Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Ordering Advisory
- Orders paid before 2:00 PM will be ready for pickup the next day.*

Orders paid after 2:00 PM will be ready for pickup in 2 days.
*NOTE: It will be ready for next-day pickup if not sold out; we are only limited to 50 orders daily.
We will not be held responsible for any mistakes made in the selected pickup date. If a customer cannot pick up their order, we cannot cancel the order but we can assist in finding a solution.
Curbside Pickup
Curbside pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Mondays to Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM except holidays.

Special Delivery Instructions
Due to the nature of our products, we recommend that you book a Lalamove or Grab Express with an insulated bag.
Third-Party Couriers
If you wish for your orders to be delivered to a certain address, please book your own third-party courier. To ensure timely delivery, we also suggest booking a morning slot, when rider availability is highest.
Please note that Le Flan Manila is not responsible for any damages made by the courier during delivery.
Official Receipt (OR)
Le Flan Manila provides official receipts (ORs) for purchases, please make sure to advise our team that you will need an OR before the product is dispatched.
Please make sure to provide us with the following:
- Company Name:
- Name of Contact Person:
- TIN Number:
- Complete Address:
- Contact Number:
Our team will then double-check that you've paid for the order/s before dispatch. Once verified, your OR will be attached together with the product upon dispatch.
If the OR is requested after product dispatch, customers can either receive a digital copy, or pickup the physical OR on their own.
DO YOU DELIVER NATIONWIDE/INTERNATIONALLY?
For now, we are only able to deliver within the Greater and Metro Manila area in the Philippines.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If product release and dispatch is delayed on our end for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for pickup.
