How does the order process go? How fast is delivery for the flans? + −
Check out and pay for your orders online via www.leflanmanila.com. Orders placed before 2:00 PM the previous day are ready to be picked up the following day unless slots are full. Orders paid after 2:00 PM will be prepared for delivery in 2 days.

What’s the store schedule? + −
The store is open from Mondays to Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM except holidays. We are closed every Sunday.
Is there a special pick-up instruction? + −
We recommend booking a sedan to pick up your orders, but we understand that this can be costly. As an alternative, you may also book a motorbike with an insulated bag to protect your orders from damage or spoilage while in transit.
What if I'm unable to book a courier on the designated pickup date? Would it be possible to cancel my order? + −
We kindly request that you try to book a courier on your scheduled pickup date, as we are unable to postpone or cancel orders.
Can I pool multiple orders for pickup by one delivery rider? + −
We will strictly enforce a “one order, one pickup” policy. Focusing on one order at a time minimizes the risk of errors or mix-ups, ensuring that customers receive the correct items.
Is there a refund policy? + −
Refund or replacement is possible if products have production quality problems or defects. If this is the case, please follow the instructions found in our Refund and Return Policy. Make sure to include photos to support refund or replacement claims.
We are not liable nor responsible for damages caused by third-party couriers.
Do you issue Official Receipts? + −
Yes, we issue Official Receipts (OR). Please view our Shipping and Delivery Policy for full guidelines.
How does the order process go? How fast is delivery for the flans? + −
Follow these steps to ensure a smooth ordering process:
- In our Order page, select your chosen flan/s and add them to your cart.
- Check out your orders and wait for your receipt via email.
- Pay for your order through GCash/Bank Transfer using the given payment details.
- Send your proof of payment via Instagram DM and wait for payment confirmation.
