Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for our flans once they have been picked up or delivered.

 

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with the production quality of your flan, such as significant errors in design or flavor, please contact our customer service team immediately at leflanmanila@gmail.com.

 

Please provide clear photos of the issue to expedite the resolution process. Once verified, we will work with you to determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a replacement, full refund, or a discount on your next purchase. Refunds of this nature will take up to 72 hours.

 

 

Please Note

  • Please note that slight variations in color or design may occur and are not considered grounds for a refund or exchange.
  • As pickup dates are selected by the customer, Le Flan Manila will not be held  responsible for any mistake in the date of pickup. Please see our FAQs for more information. 
  • Courier-related damages are not included in this policy. Please make sure that your assigned courier knows the item for delivery and handles the item properly. It is important to inspect your cake upon pickup or delivery to ensure it meets your expectations.
